In 2012 I qualified in FdSc Degree Complementary Health Therapies. This course enabled me to have a broad background on health and well-being, where I studied Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology, Chemistry, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. This led me to start up Holistique Massage Therapies in Redruth, Cornwall.

I topped up this degree with four ITEC Diplomas in Level 3 Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Sports Massage as well as Sports Massage VTCT Level 4.

I continue to add to my training every year, aiming for at least 30hrs of studying, you can see a list of the majority of my qualifications and CPD courses further down the page.

 

You can find me at The Cornish Therapy Centre, Redruth and Cathedral Chiropractic, Truro in Cornwall. I also spent 6 years working as a Massage Therapist at The Scarlet Hotel and Bedruthan in Mawgan Porth. Here I gained a wide spectrum of experience for massage, working with a range of clients with individual needs and health concerns. I have learnt how to make a treatment really feel like your own personal 'journey'.
